State Conservation Easement: Qualified Donation Appraisal Reviews

As authorized in O.C.G.A. § 48-7-29.12, effective January 1, 2013, the State Properties Commission (SPC) will review conservation easement appraisals. This review for the State is for purposes of both the Georgia Tax Credit and any amount allowed to be deducted in arriving at Georgia taxable income.
