The SPC team is honored to contribute to the new National Association of State Facilities Administrators (NASFA) Portfolio Management and Leasing Committee. NASFA provides professional leadership development and research in state property management.

Frank Smith will be leading the committee in sharing Georgia’s best practices in real estate portfolio management. The Committee will tackle areas such as portfolio strategy, enabling policies/procedures, and property acquisition and disposition.
