The State Properties Commission (SPC) has implemented a notification system which allows individual users to automatically receive notifications of RFPs for lease space. SPC, on behalf of state agencies, is seeking responses in accordance with Request for Proposals (RFP) from prospective landlords interested in providing administrative space to meet the current and future needs of SPC and the agency. (Closed RFPs and RFPs prior to November 1, 2013 are available at the bottom of the screen.)
