The following services are available for the general public, agency leasing coordinators, and agency land coordinators.

Building, Land & Lease Inventory of Property (BLLIP)
An interactive web-based geographical information system. Users are able to query, search and prepare reports using real time information about State owned and leased properties and buildings as well as other assets.

Construction Standards for Leased Properties & Agency Design Standards
A general guideline in order to establish construction pricing and an accurate construction budget for state agencies with and without a set Agency Design Standard.

Land Division Forms
Forms used by the State Agencies to make a requests to SPC to acquire new property or dispose of surplus property.

Leased Facility Problem Form
Form used by tenants to provide information regarding the issue(s) experienced with a leased facility.

Leasing Specialist and Contract Broker Agency Assignments
The State's leased real estate portfolio is divided between the SPC Leasing Specialists and the contract broker teams. One Leasing Specialist or broker team will serve as the Agency's lead contact, with a Leasing Specialist or broker team serving as support.

Multi-Year Lease Procurements
Solicitations for space to be leased for a term in excess of one year. SPC will issue an RFP that formally seeks competitive proposals from interested landlords to provide administrative space that meets SPC and Agency requirements. SPC will use a combination of objective and subjective criteria to evaluate proposals that offer the most advantageous lease terms.

Property for Sale or Lease/Invitations to Bid
When state-owned property that is available for sale or lease is disposed of utilizing the Invitation to Bid process.

Real Estate & Asset Communication Hub (REACH)
A web-based information sharing and tracking system between SPC and State Agencies.

Real Estate Management Advisory Team (REMAT) Meetings
Meetings held quarterly between SPC and State Agencies for a collaborative discussion of Land, Space and Lease Transactions.

Site Certification
The evidence of ownership in inventoried deeds in the name of the State of Georgia.

Space Management Forms
Forms used by State Agencies to make space requests to SPC.

State Conservation Easement: Qualified Donation Appraisal Review
The purpose of the review is to ensure both the Georgia Tax Credit and any amount allowed to be deducted in arriving at Georgia taxable income.

State Fire Marshal
Responsible for executing the law to the Commissioner of Insurance for fire safety in public buildings.  The responsibilities of the Fire Marshal’s Office fall into five main categories: building inspection, manufactured housing inspection, engineering, hazardous materials inspections, and licensing.
