The State Properties Commission (SPC) is seeking locations for leased space to meet State government needs throughout Georgia. Our online system enables registered landlords to view current requests, locations and additional detailed information.

The Leased Facility Problem Inventory feature of our website provides a place for State agencies who lease facilities from private landlords to register any property management issues they are experiencing with their facility.

The intent of this Guide is to lay out for the various stakeholders four potential methods of obtaining new space for State Agencies outside the traditional legislative capital outlay funded process.

Contract Renewal Letter
Use this form to renew current leases with options remaining. This letter must be completed with updated information for the next fiscal year by the entity after a detailed review of the current lease, and signed by the authorized official for that entity.
