Organization

The State Properties Commission provides services and information to the General Public, State Entities, and County and Local Governments.

The Real Property Division is responsible for the acquisition and disposition of all real property and property interests for the State of Georgia.
The Leasing Division provides leasing assistance services to state entities. These services include the location of space in State-owned or commercially-owned facilities, layout of administrative space, lease negotiations with landlords and lease renewals.
The Information Project Manager is responsible for the BLLIP application and developing a technology solution for Real Property Asset Management.
