The State Properties Commission (SPC) is seeking locations for leased space to meet State government needs throughout Georgia. Our online system enables registered landlords to view current requests, locations and additional detailed information.

The table below lists space currently needed by our requesting agencies. Click on the lease number to view detailed information and to submit your offer. Offers may be submitted up to the closing date. Details for each lease are available throughout the review process.
